2016 Milestone Car Seat Recall

Over the past 60 years, safety has been and will continue to be our priority at Graco. As part of Graco’s continuous process of reviewing the quality of its products, Graco has discovered and reported an administrative error on the on-product labels located on approximately 6,000 Graco Milestone All-in-One car seats manufactured and sold between July 2015 and October 2015. While it does not affect the dynamic performance of the Milestone car seat if used in accordance with the owner’s manual, the on-product labels do not include the phrase “secure this child restraint with the vehicle's child restraint anchorage system, if available, or with a vehicle belt,” which is required by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA).

This recall includes the following Graco Milestone car seats in the table below:

1. Check your car seat model number and date of manufacture:
Look under or on the back of your car seat, locate the white label and note the model number and Date of Manufacture.

2. Please note that for this particular recall, if you registered your car seat with Graco, a recall label repair kit will be automatically sent to your registered address.
You do not need to order a repair kit at this time. Please continue to use your car seat until the repair kit arrives.
